LIVE ARRIVAL AND LIVABILITY - For a full guarantee, report to us within 48 hours after arrival, any birds that may have died during this period. We MUST receive a call at 440-622-4919 during normal business hours in order to handle a loss. Losses do happen and we want to make sure that the rest of your birds are doing ok and provide help and support. We work extensively with the Post Office in order to provide the best transportation available for these darlings.
WE CAN DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING FOR YOU:
- Refund your money.
- Credit your account to be used on anything we sell at any time.
- Replace your loss. Your new order must meet the minimum number of birds required for safe shipping.
